Mango Tango

This is from a CD I found in a dollar store a while ago. The CD had 5 tracks, all different versions of the same song. It is entirely in Spanish and I can't find out anything about the song or who made it aside from a slight hint about a person/band named "Matiz".
Regardless, the tune is insanely catchy and I have to find out what it says.

If the owner of this song asks me to take it down I will without hesitation.
