I would trust a drug smuggler as much as a bank robber, I would trust a drug dealer as much as a shoplifter and I would trust a drug user as much as the other person who's aware that the individual shoplifted and hasn't told anyone else that has the right to know.

Forgot to mention the CIA informing the trucks of the "optimal time to cross". How else is Wachovia supposed to launder the drug money for them if they can't sell their drugs here. Meanwhile, non-violent, american citizens with repeat marijuana offences sit in jail.
