@Lanieannette thats because it wasnt his voice on the commercials. they recorded the voice first and then he just acted it out. look it up your self if you dont believe me.

I have loved this guy since I first saw one of the commercials...when I read he wasnt singing I was heartbroken...but now hearing him actually sing...WOW...he is GREAT!
