This tutorial is another pretty easy way to get a stunning effect; light wisps. These can be used as backgrounds for almost anything, from wallpapers on your desktop to backgrounds for forum signatures. Even better, theyre unique everytime; theres no way 2 will ever come out the same!

Relatively easy tutorial, aimed at novices wanting to get better at photoshop, or at those just looking to create the light wisps effect.   • Rather than duplicating and deleting the locked background layer, can't you just rename it to unlock it?
