This tutorial is another pretty easy way to get a stunning effect; light wisps. These can be used as backgrounds for almost anything, from wallpapers on your desktop to backgrounds for forum signatures. Even better, theyre unique everytime; theres no way 2 will ever come out the same!
Relatively easy tutorial, aimed at novices wanting to get better at photoshop, or at those just looking to create the light wisps effect. Rather than duplicating and deleting the locked background layer, can't you just rename it to unlock it?
