Sorry, I accidentally removed a comment/question.
But the partner push ups, step jumps, etc are the exercises demonstrated in the video. And when I say partner push up x 5, that means perform 5 reps of the movement. Step Jumps x 10 would be 10 reps of the exercise. Does this help?

I wasn't sure on what the 5x and 10x meant, but thanks. so one rep would be like doing 10 steps jumps, then 10 more would be a second rep, correct? thanks!

Maybe the "x" is confusing you. : )
So you do:
5 partner pushups
10 step jumps
10 inchworms
5 squat thrusts/jumping pull ups
and then go through this circuit 3-4 times. Does that make better sense? : )
1 rep = 1 step jump, etc.
