I started with Td Canada trust I sent them a notice and demand. The obudsmen of the bank wrote me back told me I had to go Higher them him and directed me to where I could go. and I do not mean in a bad way.

am i right in thinking that the laws are the same in all commenwealth countries? we are in the uk and our bank loan copies dont have ANY signitueres!!!!!! although my mum signed in the paper in front of me so my, i total refuse to have yhis debt paid in the conventional way,thanks to u x my eyes have been opened,i tackled a small loan as a trial and now im on the ten geand sterlng loan, will let u know adamclarke@gmail.com

Any perjury is on the filer, not the witnesses, commissioned witness or nor commissioned witness. The controversy is in the Acts, Statutes, Codes, etc., which are all created by opinions of "law makers" who ultimately are in some way shape or form linked to bankers-congress. It's one hell of an argument though.
