Airworks' Trip to Bir / Billing / Chaugan in Himachal Pradesh. This is the Dhauladhar range, the first foothills (4950m on the first ridge, Over 6000m once you start dropping back!) of the Himalaya.
We have been going there every October since I was invited to fly in the Indian Pre PWC in 2002 and found this fantastically mellow and beautiful place. BTW the road up is now finished tarmac.
