Best Sommelier in the World 2008 Rome ABNewsTV

Italia In Diretta. On May 24,2008 the biennial competition sponsored by the Worldwide Sommelier Association was held in the presence of the world's gastronomic cultural elite.

Three sommeliers-- Roger Viusà - Best of Europe 2007 from Spain, Manuel Moriera representing Portugal, and Aldo Sohm from the United States were selected from a group of fourteen sommeliers from around the world came together to show off their style and ability hoping to win the coveted title of the Best Sommelier in the World.
