Good question and about time someone in those chairs finally asked it. But we never got an answer, and never will. Because this administration knows there is no excuse they can give us that will "appease" us on this or any other issue. They never answer legitimate questions because answering will make them look even more inept and idiotic than they are. One thing Obama never figured on when he promised transparency (and never gave it), was how transparent his bullshit would be.
