@willieofroanoke I'm with you bro. This guy's form is awful, plain and simple. He didn't get those arms by just doing this exercise, duh. And while you will get somewhat of a workout by cheating the whole time, you are cheating yourself in the long run. As to the comment that pro bodybuilders use cheating, it is true, but they use good form until they can't get any more reps, then they cheat a few more. I'm just not impressed by a youtube video of a guy swinging the weight the whole time. kids!

Swinging like crazy..... I can curl 145lb 7x without swinging and my arms don't look like that so this guy must be really short I'm 6' feet

hes just showing his training, we couldnt give less how many he can do with "STRICT" form and even less we care about whether ure weaker or stronger than him.
why on earth do u and loads of other people automaticly compare urself to everyone else and most of all criticize their way of training?
swinging is not BAD, its just another way to do it and thats what u should realize..
focus on yourself and not others.
