@tjthegiant so fucking fast.... no one talks about how he's like 1.2 times the speed of any other player in the league... it's ridiculous.

@tjthegiant He reminds me of myself when I used to play hockey. I couldn't shoot too well but damn was i fast. I'd skate my ass off and beat people to the puck and anytime I didn't have it, I'd make damn sure to ride someone's ass. Darren Helm isn't the type of guy to climb the ladder in terms of scoring goals, but he's the type to make shit happen. It's like he stays hungry out there--he plays with a lot of heart.

I hope Helm is in the speed skating competition for the all-stars this season.

Darren Helm is only going to get better. He reminds me of Kris Draper, with a better scoring touch.

That' means nothing, Kronwall's still got another 5-8 years left in him. He's showing no signs of slowing down, in fact, he's getting better every year.
Franzen's 29 now, aside's from injury, he wasn't showing any signs of slowing down either, he's averaging about a goal a game in the playoffs.

Darren Helm I think is the fastest skater out there in the NHL... Really reminds me of Paul Kariya's speed back in his prime. Helm, Kronwall, Leino are the future of the Red-Wings I think.

His speed is sick, it's like just comes out of nowhere. How do the Red Wings find these guys? It's like they have talent just lying around all over the place.
