At last, the dream of a self-propelled Stirling traction engine made from Pringles tubes is fulfilled! Based on my earlier prototype Pringle Stirling this one features a larger diameter balloon diaphragm as well as a con-rod operated displacer. Yes, her progress is somewhat lugubrious but then she is only powered by a single candle. Tip: use an iron over kitchen paper to remove wax from carpet. (Or just don't be so stupid as to run your Stirling in the sitting room..!)
