My display screen just all of a sudden stopped working on my PV-500 ! I paid a lot of money for the thing to just go out on me like that ! ! ! I have never dropped it or abused it in anyway. I'm a private investigator, so I really need it for my job ! I'm really thinking that I shouldn't go out and buy another one if it's just going to crap out on me again ! Dusty, Fort Worth, Texas

We (eaProtection) offer up to a 1 year warranty on LawMate products - if you purchased it through us, you can call or email your info and we'll work with you to get it fixed. Otherwise, contact your place of purchase to see if they'll get you squared away. I'd say it's pretty rare these units have problems - but there not unheard of.
