Nope. Only 2 Virgin Mobile phones are contract, which this is on a contract. The other one on a contract is the "Mysto" named after Mysto and Pizzi. =]

Are all those sounds enabled at default? isn't that very annoying. Makes you wonder why they ever made them or left them enabled at default.

They are easily changed. The back key sound was off by default, I enabled it while screwing around with it.
