This is a 1982 Kawasaki KZ 750.. stripped - everything taken apart and rebuilt- suspension, brakes, etc- painted and reassembled.. this is her first breath after about 7-10 years (complete restore)- Mildly Cafe rebuild with Checker board racing stripes and black powder coating- Not sure what bars will be put on this bike.. those ape looking hangers are mostly just for Mach up

Guerrilla Customs - owner: Donald Moody

Owner of this bike serves for the US armed Forces..

( A finished product video will be posted when the KZ is fully tuned and buttoned up- Tuning will be done by Ronnie Marshal - Anchorage, AK)

  • I just spent one complete year rebuilding and retrofitting a 1981 KZ550. Very easy, I suggest getting the correct year manual, or data as they are similar, but could give you cross Data. Most of the model data is interchangeable, or similar, but watch out just in case. I also went threw 2 bad engines, the Original came with a rotten Starter Clutch, and the seconds threw a rod.

  • Thanks guys- no, this is the four cylinder. Shaft drive is the hint of what cc it could be. Twins didn't come with shaft drive.

  • very cool guys. im doing the same to my 79 B4 (rebuilding).

  • is the engine a twin?

  • Good job on the vid Ec!
