http://www.motivatefitnessworks.com I am often asked this question when I'm out running around. It's pretty funny actually because most people think that to get in shape and have a lean muscular physique you need to work out for hours in the gym. Well anyone who works out knows this is not true. Most of my workouts are never longer than 45 minutes. So really if I train 5 times a week that's only 3hrs and 45 minutes spent in the gym. Sometimes if I'm trying to get real lean I may add ½ hr of cardio 4 times per week. So let's say5-6 hrs tops per week. Don't you think that's a small amount of time to ensure you health and stay in shape? I sure think so. Working out doesn't have to be hours in the gym. Quick intense workouts are the best.   • 30 to 45 is enough for a person getting lean and muscular 60 to 90 is for people who may be overweight if there trying to lose alot.

  • @XaviertheStoner you could try that, but after a routine like that for awhile, your body is gunna say fuck you, im gunna cramp up, or snap up. And i mean that with all honesty, but its just advice

  • 30 to 45 min tops. Your body goes catabolic with cortisol after that. If you're on the juice then workout longer
