This is one of the worse contraption I've seen. I can't believe you're trying to sell this for so much. It's also a HUGE knockoff of Toddy's COffee Maker for about 2.5 times the price. Just google Cold Brew coffee and make your own with a couple of mason jars and a strainer!

Excuse me, I did misread... the 5 gallon one is $105. The one shown in this video seems to be the other which sells for $44.50 (which seems a fair price). I still want to know if the plastic used leeches chemicals.

This design is basically a ripoff of a design used mid century. However... it seems updated a bit.
I would want to know a few things... I checked out the site, how is that worth $105? It's about $10 worth of plastic, maybe $20 in labor and manufacture cost and maybe a couple dollars profit to these guys. It should sell for $50-$75, not $105.
Also, does the type of plastic this thing use leech chemicals into the coffee?
