I almost never get sick but yesterday I got hit with the stomach flu for the first time. It's like having dysentery and projectile vomiting at the same time. It's brutal! I thought I had food poisoning at first. Good advice in this video! I didn't have any problem keeping down Gatorade. I drank it in small doses to keep from getting sick again. Pedialyte would probably be better.
