It would be great to have an environment more conducive to a healthy lifestyle, but for most Americans there are already many ways available to us to improve our quality of life, if we can just get ourselves to do it.
What might really be the missing ingredient is our belief system. How do we really believe and feel about body movement and a diet for health, wellness, and fitness? Experience has shown that it is impossible to change our habits for the long run unless we change our beliefs. Going against what you actually believe never seems to really work for very long.
Episode #8 addresses that issue and how our beliefs and habits have to change with the rapidly changing life of the beginning of the 21st century.
