@rexuro64 Normal reaction is to keep driving, what burns is the gasoline fumes, which will be blown off the car as you get it up to speed, this will put out the fire in 95% of the cases, if it happened to be a leak the driver would be notified and stop the car at the end of pit lane where marshalls and pitcrews close would rush in to help.
