As part of the American Veterans Center's (AVC) 13th annual conference and to commemorate the 65th anniversary of World War II, Formula Strategy Group teamed up with AVC to organize a historic panel featuring baseball greats that served in World War II. The panel consisted of New York Yankees Hall-of-Fame catcher Yogi Berra (Navy), New York Yankees Second Baseman Jerry Coleman (Marines), Philadelphia Athletics pitcher Lou Brissie (Army), and Chicago American Giants and Negro League legend John Miles (Air Force). The panel was moderated by Washington Nationals broadcaster and baseball historian, Phil Wood.
