roflmao i cant believe i haven't seen a comment like this any wheres else. and truthfully that's probably what i would use one of them for. but i have never seen termites up close. i only find carpenter ants....and im not sure which is worse

@warforlips Solid reinforced concrete/cement block, we ditched all wood a few years ago because of rot and bugs. Only one interior wall with studs, sheet rock. Inspect every year.

in the info section the scentence "While termite house and structure damage can be very difficult to control their conversion pathway of woody polymers to sugars that can then be fermented into fuels such as ethanol." doesnt make sense. perhaps the addition of "can be usefull.' would work.

how come if you zoom in too far the colours get weird, like you see the spectrum? I have the same with my super macro lens on my canon.

This glass I used was $800 optical glass the, close rainbow shots are about 3x beyond what any macro lens I have seen is possible supporting. Camera built in lens 240mm + digital zoom, this borders on microscopic at optimal. The depth of field was about 1/2 a termite:-)
