That's not a noob request at all, but I'm not sure how I could show how I dash in a video, unless I taped my hands on the controller :)

Yeah, sitting on that road is definitely not normally worth it. But in this video I do my best to pick up every last item bigger than a person or so to try to gain extra millimeters at the end.
Suggestions for dashing ... Yeah, I understand completely. If you just move the sticks up and down a little, you sit still for a second then hardly dash at all. You have to move the sticks up and down really quickly to get the immediate, faster dash.

im with the guy before me. This may be a n00b request but could you maybe shoot a video on how to efficiently dash??

Why do you sit on that road at 0:20? It does not seem to be worth it. Does more normally come out? Sorry, I'm just frustrated trying to get the shooting star in this level. Do you have any suggestions for the quick dashing? The amount of time it takes me to execute it seems to be longer than the benefit I got from using it.
