Memories (original native song) performed by Kelly Kiyoshk from Walpole Island

This is a song I wrote a few years ago. Its a song about the native residential schools and the native children that never made it home and those that still feel the effects of those places. Some of these schools have cemeteries beside them with no adult bodies in them. Its a very horrible era in time for us as a people, especially for those who attended these "schools". This song refers to a little boy but they were not schools for boys. These were institutions that were made to kill the indian inside the indian. There were many horrible abuses and deaths at these schools. The quality of the recording sucks but thats where I came up with the name next 2 nuthin productions. lol.
