Anthony Gatto 7 Club Isolation Training

Isolation training has grown in popularity over the years. When I was six Nick Gatto implemented this technique of training into my practice session. Periodically we would touch base on them. I have not practiced this for years, but this is what I was able to get without trying too hard.

This type of training is highly recommended, in addition, it is also recommended to practice the opposite which is movement while juggling. Turning in circles, walking, running while juggling will certainly help to increase your overall skill.

@caesarsaladful I take this as a compliment to my video editing skills. I only wish I was that good at it. If you think it's fake, I will not argue with you, it's your perception of my video that led you to believe this. It's a beautiful world that we live in that we can state our opinions as insignificant and shortsighted as they may be. To tell you the truth (but given your sophomoric rantings you may not be able to fathom) I say with certainty I could double this with no practice at all.
