I have a question, if my psu has three 12v rails , then does the amperage stack from them?Because if my video card needs one pci express 6 pin connector ,will it get the required amperage of 40 ? if i count all the amps from those 12v rails together it is 46A

Does any power supply more than 600W have extra space for 2 6-pin PCI-Express connections from the bigger graphics cards?
