I can buy the quarter confusion excuse for the Susan B. Anthony dollar... because it actually is the same size and the same color. Unless you're colorblind there's no excuse for confusing the new dollar coins with quarters. I think people either just plain don't like having a dollar in coin form or just don't know about them.

So the sad part is the fact that other countries which use a dollar coin of similar size aren't confusing there change. I would hope that once most american's release that a new coin is in circulation would not be so easily confused.

In 2008 or 2009, they put the moto "In god we trust" off the side off the coin.

This dollar failed before it was even introduced. And the "In God We Trust" thing on the side is pretty gay also. I'm refusing to accept any.
