As in Airman I can tell you it is probably the most physically and mentally demanding job we've got, but (and not to sound corny) if you put your mind to it you can do anything.

Meet the people who go in to save special forces units. The USAF pararescue men are highly respected across the US armed forces. If you don't believe me go ask a Navy SEAL about the battle of Taku Ghar then you'll understand the commitment of these guys. I have so much respect for these brave men.
