FYI I was born in Iceland and lived there till 3 years ago. I use to WORK for RUV.
Manrik - Try looking for the word Fréttir - which is the icelandic word for news. I know there is one on here from Stöð 2, but I think if you look for the original RUV main channel you may find something.
