A skinny blond stands behind Nick and I, she's a little shorter than me, two or three inches. She has long straight hair and dark blue eyes."Sarah?" the name escapes my lips before I could stop them "Sarah Matthew"


The blue eyed girl turns to my direction with narrow eyes filled with jealousy "Gomez... Selena!" her tone changes automatically "Selena, is that really you?!" she asked in an excited tone... a fake excited tone. "Oh my gosh! Come here" she wraps her arms around my neck and her powerful perfume hits me immediately, it was as if she had poured the whole bottle on her self


I close my eyes tightly trying to prevent my eyes to water from the powerful smell "Hey" I cough out trying my best to ignore it. "What are you doing here?" I ask as she finally pulls away from the hug.


She laughs humorlessly "I'm here to watch my boyfriend play"


"Who-" I stop myself and begin to put two and two together. I feel sick, I feel as if someone had punched me on my stomach. "Oh... Wow. Well, I'll leave you two alone" I smile and begin to walk away. I try to catch Nick's eyes, but his eyes are glued to the floor just like mine were when he was singing on stage.


I walk towards the table, but curiosity takes the best of me, I turn around and find Sarah sitting on Nick's lap, her arms possessively around his neck, but Nick doesn't seem to mind. He smiles at her as they begin to talk.


I find the table were Taylor and the others are sitting at, Miley must've noticed my expression because she immediately stopped telling the story of the crazy girl at the airport. "Oh no, you know about Sarah"


Even tho is wasn't a question I nodded setting the full beer bottle on the table "C-can you take me to my hotel Miles... Please"


"Little sis" Joe says getting up "You just got here, and we haven't seen you in a long ass time"


"Joe. I've missed you so much, but I just... I don't feel so good" I lie looking at Miley with pleading eyes.


Miley nods and begins to stand up. "You two continue acting like teenagers in love, I'll take Selena to her hotel" she said walking to my side.


"Okay, but promise me you will come to the barbecue tomorrow at the Jonas house" Taylor said with worried eyes "If you don't want to come Miley and I would take you out shopping"


I smile at my friend "I'll go, don't worry. I just need to go right now"


"Okay" Joe walks towards me and pulls me into another tight hug "be strong little sis" he whispers before pulling away




"How long have they been going out?" I finally ask after driving in complete silence for twenty minutes.


Miley gives me a sad smile "about to be two years"


I feel sick again, I close my eyes and try to relax again. How much can I take today? "How did this happen? They are complete opposites" In high school, Sarah was the head cheerleader. A total snob a straight D student and more importantly, a complete bitch. She didn't even know Nick and I excised, or at least that's what I thought.


Miley shrugs "I guess what they say it's true. Opposites attach"


Despite the sick feeling I have I can't help but smile "Don't you mean 'opposites attract'"


Miley's clear eyes narrow "Oh please, did you see how she was all over him?"


We both laugh, I feel a little better, I sigh and close my eyes once again


"So..." Miley begins talking again "How did it felt to see my brother again?"


I give her a half smile "Great... But it could've been better."
