i cant restore mine, it says i need to update to 4.3.5,,,
and where can i download ios5?,, even the jailbreak is still tethered

Uninstall the last thing you downloaded from cydia.
It worked for me it will work for you.

Omg u obviously got to many cydia tweeks goin on at the same time turn alot of them off nd try to reduce it down to only 2 things going in winterboard!!!

the only way to fix this is to restore it i know it happened to me to it will get rid of your jailbreak but you can re jailbreak using what i did in my video
