  • hey cindy what is the benefit of the 45 degree lunges compared to regular lunges

  • @danieldumond it's more specific to how you would move to pass a ball. You wouldn't pass a ball with your knee right out in front of you. Think about passing a short serve or a ball in front of you.

  • will i grow taller if i play VOLLEYBALL regularly ?

  • I have real easy ways to grow taller naturally.

    Watch my channel.

  • @hikoboshigirl24 This condition is more for Beach volleyball.

Indoor is more into running, kareoke run, mountain climber, lots of lunges, umm.. idk what this one its clled but u lay down face up and lift ur feet about 6 inches(1-2min)-- its pretty much the same thing.

ps. u have push yourself. even its like u can't go anymore. i just finish my conditon for indoor and trust me KEEP GOING! Even when u feel like pukin.

    Good Luck :)

  • hey how are:)?i need some information can i get your help?

  • Hey, how often do you recommened doing this. I have been doing it three times a day. Is that to much? is that good? or is that bad?

  • this is good conditioning for everything!!

  • Yes, you can! However, doing it in the sand is most effective, as it is more work.

Playing outdoor will make your indoor game that much better. :)
