Sean Tucker
Oracle Challenger
2009 Joint Services Open House
Andrews AFB, Maryland
Friday May 15, 2009
IN THIS VIDEO, watch as Sean Tucker, one of my favorite aerobatic pilots, both in terms of his performance as well as being one of my good friends, flies his aerobatic performance over Andrews AFB.
Like what you've seen? If you are interested in purchasing DVDs of specific aircraft and/or of airshows, interested in anything and everything related to airshows (where the jet teams will show up, all airshow performers, airshow reports from airshows I have attended, previews of airshows I will be attending, etc.), a much more easier to navigate "version" of all of my videos, and/or everything there is related to aviation - including spotting guides to my favorite airports and military bases and aircraft factfiles, please take the time to check out Steve's Airshow World at http://www.stevesairshow.com .
awesome video and an awesome show. I took my dad down and it was a great time.

I disagree. You don't get sloppy this low to the ground for more than 20 years and continue on like Sean has. Have you ever done any real aerobatics? I have, plenty, and I disagree with you.

I'm tired of the Leroy fans commenting that he's better than Sean. I'm an aerobatic pilot from way back and used to chat with Jim long before he started in airshows. I started watching Sean perform right after he won the national advanced trophy. Both guys are/were fantastic. Jim used to scare me with his routine and I heard him, first hand, say that he wasn't leaving himself an "out" at times. That really bothered me. With all respect, Sean's the man. And I'll always remember Jim fondly.

Best pilot out there by far, and the coolest of the bunch. I have had the joy of flying with him. Absolutely amazing. Ofcourse, we did not do his typical +11/-7 stuff. We went +5/-2 and that was plenty.
What sets him apart from the rest is how smooth he is...
Re. his stomach, he eats cheeseburgers before he flies.... got me.

2:13 to 2:25 probably the coolest stunt to see in a airshow, the HammerHead alot of G's being pulled during that stunt
