Doctor Who & Life On Mars (Master/Doctor/Sam)

The Master narrates a depressive tale through his own skewed perception of what happened.

He tells of when the Doctor left him for his physical duplicate -- Sam Tyler. He explains how difficult the Doctor is, and how horrible he's treated him. He also spends much of his time trying valiantly to warn Sam that the Doctor is much more than anyone could be prepared for, while at the same time pretending that he doesn't want him anymore anyway.

Sam finds out for himself how difficult it is to have a relationship with the Doctor when all his attempts to reach him are in vain. He worries that he's still seeing the Master.

The Master says this is true, and that the Doctor just won't leave him alone and seriously I'm not forcing him to stay or anything.

Sam keeps attempting to reach the Doctor.

The Doctor attempts to please them both.
