I can't believe they tore it down. What a big loss historically speaking. I can't believe that some resort company couldn't have come up with a plan to turn it into a moderns spa facility or something like that for New Yorkers to escape to on the weekends. I remember horseback riding near there, the pool, the bowling, the ice skating and the seemingly endless hallway filled with couches that people lounged on after dinner. I can still see my grandmother unpacking in our room. Tears.

Why is there no photos or video of this place grossingers, pines, and a few more have a slew of stuff, this place has nothing almost of it abandoned,

I worked there at the Health Club giving Massage for the last thirteen years. We were all hoping there was a way to save the place.  I will always be grateful to the people and place of the Concord Resort Hotel. I would not have missed it. Bart.

heartbreaking, spent my childhood summers there, I went to the daycamp...ate in the childrens dining room, while my parents relaxed by the pool....

Rummaging through the Concords remains,archeologists discovered two well preserved matzoh balls and a gallon of schmalts herring. They rushed it to the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. Upon further testing it was noticed that these two food products enhanced the sex lives of all the Jewish people who ate them. .Upon releasing this news to the general population,sales of these products are skyrocketing .''Pass the sour cream".
