It seems these are some of the only ones from Scotland on here although back in 2008 I filmed the famous grand victorian toilets at Rothesay but I lost that vid on my phone. There is another vid on here with them though

Having a closer look it does seem the second cistern does look 'Cast Iron' I have seen these before, in Southampton Sports Ground (1938) which have now gone and also the college at Poole (1957) which only there staff toilets are cast iron as all others where replaced. Being caged makes it harder to see which ones they really are.
