Mumbai Traffic Cop Prashant Pawar caught taking a bribe

RTI Activist Shri Pramodanand caught police constable Prashant Pawar pocketing a bribe from a scooterist and returning his license. Later, he used this footage to lodge a formal complaint with the Police Commissioner's office. The cop appears to have been let off with a rap on the knuckles. He was transferred to another division, but, as Pramodanand later learned through Right to Information, the Departmental Enquiry report was made out to formally state that he was "Doshmukt" ie. acquitted as there wasn't enough evidence.
