BackTrack 4 for dummies

I think the video says it all....

just log in like normal and i think its better to

log off
then
poweroff using usdo poweroff command

I will be making more BT4 tutorials for Dummies I hope all u new be's like it and be happy that i make something... this is just the begining of how to use backtrack4 a linux that nees u to use ur brain power


well knowlege is power and even tho there are Linux distro's that you dont need to do what i did... I still think that knowing how it does it is a whole lot better then ur able to fix something... BT4 linux is not for those that are getting started in linux and never used google or the net for that mater... BT4 is for those with a purpose... i hope you all enjoy

  • I think: init 0 0, works well too. The first 0 for the shutdown and the second 0 for time to take down running processes and etc. whatya say?

  • @lulavillalobos14 take a look at my internet for dummies. i have 2 videos.... one that shows you how to get you network going and the other on how to make your network load automatically. I also have a tutorial for samba to be able to share files within the network.

  • or i can just make a poweroff button and im done :| then all i have to do for being lazy is click that poweroff button. But nice command, i like how linux is like that soo many commands :) sooo many ways its like freedom. My american dream :)... And thank you for that command.
