you can't even compare a bodybuilder to a strongman and yes derek poundstone is a strongman, not a powerlifter, there is a difference. And to answer your question, poundstone would be stronger than any IFBB Pro bodybuilder, don't get me wrong IFBB pros are strong, especially coleman and johnnie jackson but poundstone is alot stronger than them. their types of training are way different

most likely mariusz because the events in the worlds strongest man arent't usual lifts they challenge the body and he has a lot more experience personally i like poundstone he would hae won 2008 but he dropped the final stone

@ronki23 with all due respect, johnnie jackson is not the worlds strongest bodybuilder and i guarantee everyone will see that when Stan Efferding tops him in the worlds strongest BB competition at this years Olympia. as far as the lifts, poundstone can bench over 520, deadlifts 800 nearly 10x, though im not sure what his squat max is but its up there. as for coleman, i couldnt say, ive never seen poundstone perform those lifts.
