I especially liked the 'Bear' frolic. You really get a sense of the bear's ponderous energy and the "shaking" effect from this clip. The side and back views of all the forms is also a very nice touch, as is the slow motion. A lovely, compact form; it was a treat to see it.

Hi, I am new to qigong. I love this set but I get violent shakes in the legs. I heard another teacher say on video that if chi is blocked at knees when the chi flows from the bubbling well you will get violent shakes, BUT he also said it is normal to get shakes and if you don't it means you are not doing it right. Is that true? Is there a warm up that I could do the help chi flow better and help reduce violent shakes or is it just normal for my legs to shake. keep in mind I'm not very fit.thanks

Don't worry. Just practice and you will get strong. Nothing wrong. It will become easier each time as long as you practice on a regular basis. Try to relax more and not too intensely. Don't force things and go at a reasonable pace.

One of the most excellent version's of Hua Tuo's Wu Qin Xi! Are there any special breathing requirements? Thanks!
