  • God bless Sadat. I think he was a wise man. He was a real man. He stood up and made a decision that most of his own country and surrounding countries could or would not do. I have the impression that he cared for his country. He was a good and shining light amidst darkness (al Qaeda), Darkness does not like light.

  • sadat tried to make peace with israel thats why he was assassinated. hes not like that asshole predecessor of his. he was not a dictator.

  • i love sadat, he was great

    respect from iran

  • R.I.P. President Sadat. All of us Egyptians will never forget your sacrifice. God bless you, all Egyptian war veterans/martyrs and everyone who has fought for the freedom of the Egyptian people. You're in our hearts forever!

To bow is an expression of respect in any protocol (but pray is something else).

and when I kiss my father's hand , I consider Sadat like him but he is the father of all Egyptian .I consider Sadat as one of my family and many times I cried on him as he was dead yesterday.
