  • ya that makes sense but after all those reps the smaller sets wont feel like much so shouldnt u try to add additional weight to it?

  • hey jus wondering do you need rest for abs? or do u just keep going with em?

  • u know u dont have to do 160 or 300 or so of these thigns a day...yah u should do high rep sets when u do any new exercise mostly with the abs...but after a week or 2 u should drop the sets to about 5-10 reps a set for 10 sets, if u just keep doing 300 or so then ur working ur abs for endurance rather than true bulk, u got nice abs? u'll have nicer if u do wat im saying
