at 7:54 the african (which?) said korea was never colonized? it was colonized... maybe it's because japan, korea and china are so similar that they are in dispute

Korea was not "colonized" but "annexed."

It was totally different from the colonization of African or Asian countries by westerners.

Koreans were given almost same citizenship as Japanese.

i'm korean. i'm sorry lady, but korea was colonized from 1910-1945. 35 years. and what difference does 1 year make? she might as well say korea was occupied for 34 years. japan apologized and that's it. i'm satisfied. i guess the world trying to open up korea, especially japan, kinda pushed korea into modernization and leaving confucionist (spelling?) ways behind, but what they did to the korean people wasn't "wonderful". i don't really know too much about japanese history, but surely they were

Korean was not "colonized" but "annexed" by concluding a treaty. The annexation period was most peaceful time for Koreans.

Europe's occupation of AFrica was definately worse then that of Japan's occupation of Korea. But life for the average Korean under the Japaneese wasn't exactly a picnic either

Korean woman just faultfinding. It's not discuss. This video proves that impossible to constructive discussion with Koreans. African men accept the past and understand them. Then, they making efforts to build future and to coexist with Europeans.On the other hand, Koreans and Chinese just blame others. I can't find future with Koreans and Chinese.

Oh. Bad representation everywhere. Really people, if your foreign step it up. Don't involve yourself in the history, etc of other countries since you aren't from there and I don't think you can fully understand it. You can try though and that is cool that you don't want to be ignorant, but seriously. Offer solutions to problems don't argue over something that can't change. First, if someone(X) said "I prefer Y than Z.--(A)", is it means "X hate more than loving others.--(B)"? Your comment was (A) means (B). But it's not logical answer unfortunatly. @MeSezSo How do you accept your past, it's none of my business. From this video, you can see the difference between African and Koreans/Chinese thought. We would definitely prefer friendly relations with Africa than Korea/China.
