    Schlafly got some of her wealth by selling 9 million copies of her book "A Choice, Not an Echo" out of her garage. Used to be a single income was enough to maintain a household, so one parent could afford to stay at home & raise the kids.

    The CIA helped fund the feminist movement with the stated goals of 1-breaking up the family unity, & 2-taxing both halves of the population.

    As a result of the labour force doubling, the market adjusted, & now it takes at least two incomes to run a household.

    It is also helpful that she is very wealthy and can afford to pay for other people to do domestic stuff that most working women have to do themselves, while working, so they can afford to raise their children...

    @journalist7

    Schlafly points out the FACT women have never been oppressed. Schlafly is proof opportunities were always available for women if they wanted them. She made her own way and owes nothing to the femifascists who were (and are) only about female supremacy.

    Like me, you mean? Except I'm not in the U.S. but would like to be. And would like to be in the 1950's or 60's before it declined (the dark ages, you call it). Is it true there are some parts of the U.S. where people still hold on to traditional conservative (moral) values? If so, I'm going.
