@VikesFaN74 yes your better with an ac/dc power adaptor thers more power to the fans from the mains
-
@VikesFaN74 do a search for wiring pc fans in series or parallel. youll find everything you need to know
-
@ryoshin666 of course it does something. it powers them partially and makes them spin slowly.
-
Is there any way of increasing the speed the fan?
-
usb's only put out 5 volts and having 2 12v fans hooked up to 5v wont do any thing.
-
yeah I tried making a usb fan and it was so slow.
that's a good idea though! sure would cool it
I ended up using a 12v adapter to power 2 fans and stuff. looks sorta funky with 2 fans on my 360 but the air coming out of the rear fans is definately cooler! check out my vid if you want

i tryed this to cool my 360, it didn't work. but i took it apart and now it has no case on it. it keeps it cool, and have a big fan over it.
-
can you tell me how to do this>? im no good with wiring but i would like my 360 to have more fans
-
ive done this. i might put it beside my xbox 360, would this be a good idea? and where should i put it on xbox?

I have it hooked up to my xbox 360 and the fans sitting on the sides to get all the hot air away from it.
