  • Once you have put the portafilter into the grouphead, the button to extract the espresso should be pressed at once. Also you stretched the milk for too long, you need to immerse the wand into the milk a little quicker, after about 7 seconds for one cup.

  • you cant let the shots sit for more than 10 seconds without anything in the cups, they go bad

  • When you hit the group with the espresso in it, try using the back of the thing you press.. not the side that you press it down with, to avoid scratches...

    Your espresso is running a bit too fast,, and one moe thing, when you split the milk, into another container use the mouth to mouth method, splits it more even..

    other than that ur doing great.
