This is good. Except (I don't if it's the quality of the recording) but it seem that you're hitting some notes, especially the high ones. So just work on control. Also the pronunciations. I know you aren't German and I don't expect you to learn a new language just for one song but when singing songs in another language try to mimic professional singers who have sung the song before. Or somebody who is fluent in that language. Hayley Westenra has a beautiful rendition of this song. Keep it up:).

focus on making space in your mouth to improve tone. think "roof of mouth UP"
you seemed very confident but try not to sharp so much. and consult a german teacher to help you with pronunciation.

Take a German language class, not a German diction class. You sound utterly American, and you really need to become proficient at speaking the language before you can sing in the language.

This is a diffucult thing to sing,and you pulled it off with aplomb.You can be proud of yourself.
Yes,the support needs looking at,and the vowels need help,but overall a lovely voice.
There is within this young lady a a very good lryic spinto soprano waiting to get out.
I don't know how long ago this was recorded,but I would like to know what she is doing now!
