The Somewhat Queer yet Silly Mr.Tophat (HAFF 2008)

There used to be a time when the heigth of the hat indicated a man's social status. The taller the hat, the more important the wearer. This story is about Mr.Tophat, who wants to be the most respected man of all. Hence he wears the tallest tophat the world has ever seen! He never removes his splendid tophat, for nothing and noone, with all kinds of consequences.
