an ebay exhaust would be an exhaust purchased off ebay. Generally yes, no name, budget, and not as high quality as some of the top name brands. On a low budget, they get the job done.

come on man, exhaust upgrade is the first thing that a rex needs. a full turboback should be the 1st upgrade for anyone. The downpipe and up-pipe on subies are the most horribly designed pieces on the rex.

Ebay parts add 10-15+ hp for each part. by the time your done modding your car with ebay parts you should have a 500 WHP civic on a N/A stock internal ls
The front strut bar they sell should give you at least a extra 5 WHP, they dont have dyno graphs to prove it but ebay seems pretty legit for selling performance adders
