The technology involves small capsules that contain a material that has a crystallization temperature around the same temp as the outside of the human body, so that it is constantly absorbing and releasing energy as the material in the capsule melts and recrystallizes. Nothing about this should lead you to believe anything involved in the process is carcinogenic.

It's not really relevant, but way to understand grammar. "Carcinogenic" was an adjective in that sentence, specifying the type of polymer.

@ffagffah ...right, because all polymers are carcinogenic. You can't walk 5ft without touching or seeing at least a half dozen different kinds of polymers. Clothes, carpet, plastic dishes, food wrap, etc. is all made out of polymers. But way to understand science.
